Bedroom: 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed, wooden shutters to darken the room, 2 armchairs and a side table.
Kitchen: 2-ring hob, fridge, electric oven, capsule coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
Other: clothes line, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.
Wi-Fi internet with speeds of 300Mb/150Mb

Guests have exclusive access to the flat, the terrace and the garden.

Please note: gardeners will visit the garden once a week to carry out maintenance; access to the garden is via another room.

Centred around a leafy garden square, it offers a tranquil retreat while remaining close to the city’s vibrant heart. Nearby, you’ll find traditional cafés, local restaurants and small shops, as well as easy access to public transport. Within walking distance of historic areas such as Baixa and Alfama, the neighbourhood offers the perfect blend of calm and convenience.

Although it is possible to park on the street, spaces are difficult to find, so the underground car park directly opposite the building is the best option. However, it is expensive at €28.50 per day.
